Craziest things I’ve been able to do with my AI agents this year:

1. Hale, (my head of legal) applied for my US citizenship and got Latin American visas for my family

2. Mercer, (my domain broker) helped me anonymously negotiate and buy a premium domain

3. Jian Yang (my EA agent) helped me sell my car for 20% higher price by relisting it on every website and negotiating with buyers

4. Voss (head of M&A) helping us acquire agencies by sourcing deals and negotiating on valuations

But this is the future of content. Every video, movie, music, podcast, any type of content we're going to consume is going to be interactive very soon. You don't like how the movie is going and prefer a certain scenario? No problem.

You'll be able to tell your AI TV to change the plot or it will just do it based on what it knows about what you like. Content will never be mass-produced anymore. It'll be super individualized for each user and this product is just a quick example of that

Simplest lever to pull towards progress is to start moving

I know so many successful entrepreneurs that are not educated and have no idea what a KPI or EOS is.

And I know a lot of educated people who work for those kind of people.

The best case is to be a genius in motion of course but if you have to bet, bet on an idiot in motion

Business idea: 💡

Skill learning marketplace for AI agents where companies and individuals can sell proprietary knowledge base that can be either sold one-off or licensed on a monthly basis to AI agents

The problem this is going to solve is that agents that everybody is creating have a generic knowledge base but don't have specific domain expertise.

For example, I created one agent recently that is helping me with M&A, where I'm trying to acquire other agencies. It's helping me source and negotiate with them, but it doesn't do a better job than an experienced M&A advisor. If an M&A advisor with 20 years of experience could license the data to my agent, I would buy it.

This can be really big.

I finally got access to X Money yesterday, as they opened it up to everybody with a premium account. A regular checking account gives you 4% APR, and if you set up direct deposit, it gives you 6% APR, which is amazing. It beats every other bank, but that's probably temporary.

What I love about it is the UI, how simple it is, and that you can send money to any X user with X Money for free. And as soon as they allow you to create virtual cards for everything I'm going to probably switch from Revolut to this fully and put most of my money in this account. If they launch a business version, I'm going to probably switch my business accounts to this as well.

At this point, I think I'm using every single product that Elon Musk offers, starting from the Tesla car, Grokbot, to now X and X Money. SpaceX AI is going to exceed $10 trillion in valuation in the next five years, I believe.

Thank you, Elon, for the $15 gift for opening the account, by the way. Other banks make you pay money, while X pays you to open an account. That's how a bank should work.

We just introduced a no-slop policy in our company.

As some people (including me sometimes) were simply generating stuff with AI, not reading and pasting in emails and chats.

If someone does that, it’s lazy and disrespectful to the recipient

Just as I said this a few days later they raised a $400M round at $5.4B valuation and I think it’s still undervalued.

My prediction is this company will break $100B valuation and will be bigger than Adobe in the next few years

Geeking out on Grokbot

Built 2 agents for slack so far with very specific purposes for my company.

This has been the smoothest agent building experience I’ve had with any product.

This might actually be the product that allows solo-founders that are semi-technical to build one person companies.

Because the key distinction it has over any other platform is that you can build agents that each have their own computer and memory.

Unlike other tools like Manus that come as one agent that can work only out of one computer.

I’ll report on how it goes.
