♾ ComputAgeBench — Epigenetic Aging Clocks Benchmark

We present the first open benchmark of the epigenetic aging clocks to test their ability to predict biological age!

Insights:
- Mathematically tractable definition of biological age is formulated;
- Collected 66 datasets across 19 aging-accelerating conditions and compared 13 published aging clocks;
- everything is free to download and reproduce;
- PhenoAge clocks turned out to be the best in prediction biological age;
- Horvath clocks are best in prediction chronological age;
