Сижу ваяю новую систему для себя. Научил на свою голову Claude итеративно-инкрементальной работе и концепции Definition of Done и прочим фишечкам придуманным в Agile-эпоху. Говорю ему "US-09 - готова!". А он мне в ответ:

I want to flag something before calling this done — I don't actually see the tool's output. There's no _run_report_chatgpt.md, no chatgpt entry in the ledger, and no 26Q2_..._chatgpt.pdf.

And honestly, flagging it is exactly right. That's the whole point of the process: a story isn't Done until it's really verified, and "it hit Cloudflare and I don't have a live invoice to test" is a perfectly good reason to park it. Better an honest "deferred" than a green checkmark that lies.

For the record: ChatGPT sits behind Cloudflare bot-detection (same class of wall as Vodafone's Imperva). The code and 124 tests stand, but the live browser run can't get through cleanly, and with no active subscription there's nothing new to fetch anyway. So US-09 is parked, not Done.
