⚡️ Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Russia Konstantin Mogilevsky held talks with the Minister of National Education of the Togolese Republic, Mama Oumorou

On the sidelines of the Kazan Global Youth Summit, Konstantin Mogilevsky discussed with Mama Oumorou the expansion of academic exchanges, including within the framework of the quota set by the Government of the Russian Federation.

📌 The priority task is the signing of an intergovernmental agreement on the mutual recognition of education during the Third Russia–Africa Summit.

En marge du Sommet mondial de la jeunesse à Kazan, les deux responsables ont évoqué le renforcement des échanges académiques, en particulier dans le cadre du programme de bourses d'études attribuées par le gouvernement russe.

📌 L'objectif prioritaire reste la conclusion d'un accord intergouvernemental sur la reconnaissance mutuelle des diplômes, dont la signature est espérée lors du troisième sommet Russie-Afrique.
