The bad side of listening to music while reading a book.

2 weeks ago, I finished Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austin. Throughout the reading process, I always listened to a certain Classic playlist (because the book was also classic.)

And now I am reading non-fiction but listening to the same playlist. You know what? It’s difficult to concentrate. My thoughts are distracted by the actions of Elizabeth, her disagreements with Darcy, her love for Darcy (depending on the mood of the music.) But come on it is non-fiction. I am reading about human development, not Elizabeth.

So, next time consider it before clicking the play button.
