When a college asked to cancel their Flock contract, Flock refused.
The college said they would pay the rest of the contract if Flock would just remove the cameras. Flock ghosted them.
The college then covered the cameras.
Every time they did, a person in an unmarked car would reportedly show up and remove the covers.
