I don't see it as likely that the system will ever use a widespread grid-down situation to push for a psy-op. They need the masses of goycattle staring at their TVs in order to maintain their grip on everyone's minds. Just look back at the Covid days, if you think about it, Covid was the opposite of a grid-down situation. All you could do then was stare at your TV, exactly what they want the masses of malleable, easily influenced goycattle doing.
