Highlights
• Fixes #388: payload/A/B firmware packages now use an architecture-neutral recovery shell updater instead of the bundled 32-bit ARM executable, allowing installation on ARM64-only recoveries.
• Validates A/B OTA metadata, target device, active slot, image integrity, partition mappings, capacity, and writable state before the first partition write.
• Flashes the inactive slot first, then the active slot, using durable writes and exact-length SHA-256 readback verification.
• Restores read-only partition state on success or failure and aborts if block-device identity changes.
• Preserves legacy non-payload ROM updater binaries unchanged.
• Detects payload ROMs only when the archive contains an exact payload.bin entry.
