You’ll own paid acquisition end-to-end and scale the channels that drive growth.

What you’ll work on:
• Run and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels
• Test new channels, creatives, and acquisition funnels
• Work with creative, product, web, and analytics teams
• Track experiments and scale what works

What we expect:
• 5+ years in performance marketing, ideally in fintech, banking, or digital consumer products
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta and other major acquisition platforms
• Experience with mobile apps and web-to-app acquisition
• Strong understanding of attribution, analytics, and funnel performance
• English B2+
