We talked about building a career in advertising and why not fitting into one workplace doesn’t mean you’re a bad employee — sometimes, you’re simply not in the right place.

We also tried something new today: cameras on during the livestream. Turns out, seeing actual human faces instead of mysterious profile pictures is pretty nice. We might be onto something 👀
