Forsaken. Disowned. Does heaven mourn for what it has cast aside? It feels like the cathedral swallows up all my bewail-scream, while I remain with this sin shall be adorned with perdition. It consumed me to be ashes, unbeknownst to me, each finger I surrendered found its place upon the bars of Hell, as though every touch confessed another sins. It even almost feels like my solace has been stone-buried. Whereunto I once entrusted, and believing it would cradle me, it yielded naught but tears, leaving me to wander as the soul which outlived its own sepulchre. For what I sure shall be my salvation, they took root while I called it my redeemer.
