How bounty submissions are reviewed:
1. Pump fun reviews all submissions while funds are in escrow.
2. If a submission is accepted, the bounty is paid out to the submitter.
3. If a submission is rejected, funds remain in escrow until a submission is accepted or the allotted time expires. Funds are claimable by the creator if the bounty is not completed.
