XFORGE PRODUCTION & SHIPPING UPDATE 📣

Hey everyone!

As we finalize production for XForge, we found that the charging experience wasn’t meeting the standard we set for performance and reliability. They worked, but not well enough.

Rather than settle, we made the call to switch suppliers so every XForge ships with the quality and reliability we promised.

This adjustment adds a bit of time: 📲
➡️ Production completion: Est. December 15
➡️ Shipping window: 6–8 weeks after completion

Shipping & Customs 🚛
To make delivery smooth and worry-free on top of our subsidized Standard shipping fee, we’ll be using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. All taxes, duties, and customs fees will be handled upfront by our logistics provider. There will be an all-inclusive fee to cover these, payable in advance once we share the payment details in our next update.

Please take a moment to double-check and finalize your shipping information on the order page. Once your order ships, it can only be delivered to the address on file -orders with missing or incomplete information cannot be processed for shipment.
