Let’s start with the basics—what exactly is a blockchain node? Simply put, a node is any device connected to a blockchain network that helps keep it running smoothly.
Nodes validate transactions, store a copy of the blockchain, and ensure the network stays secure and decentralized. They communicate with each other to keep all data up-to-date.
Nodes can be classified by type (Testnet, Mainnet) and by role (Full Nodes, Light Nodes, Masternodes, Validators).
