We are writing to share an important update regarding our support channels. After careful consideration, the Xiaomi Community has decided to officially dissolve the dedicated Feedback Team.

Moving forward, we will no longer be collecting bug reports or addressing queries directly through the Community forums or our Telegram channels. Instead, we kindly request that you submit all issues, feedback, and HyperOS-related questions directly via the official Services & Feedback app on your device. The Xiaomi development team will review and respond to your queries exclusively through this platform.

Furthermore, please be informed that all Telegram groups and channels we previously established to provide support also officially disconnected from community. As of now, Feedback Team members will no longer be available to monitor or reply to messages within these spaces.

It has been an incredible journey assisting Mi Fans from all around the world. We deeply appreciate your continuous support, patience, and understanding over the years.
