Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov addressed the participants at the Closing Ceremony of the IFY–2026!

"Russia today is a land of opportunity. We want these opportunities to be available to you as well... I'm convinced that the bonds of friendship formed here will stay with you in your future work, and that you'll keep promoting the shared interests that unite young people around the world: the wish for stability, the wish for success, the wish to start a family, and the wish to do good."
