𝐈𝐈. Payment is made in advance with the aim of avoiding unwanted things from happening in the future between the client and the seller. We provide payments using all e-wallet (DANA & QRIS (+100p). Orders are made when valid proof of payment has been submitted so that we can process your order as quickly as we can. We say payment is invalid if you do not send proof of payment for 2×24 after sending the order form.

𝐈𝐈𝐈. We declare that filling out the form means a fix purchase as in no cancelling for any reason. If the payment proof has not been proven, we will follow up with a public spill to pay for our wasted time. This term is called fix buy or spill, please pay attention.

𝐈𝐕. We will put your precious form order on the queue list here and we will carry out the order according to the queue list. The work process can take 6×24 hours and can even be completed in just a few minutes depending on the queue list and the difficulty level of the order.

𝐕. Regarding in–rush, we charge an additional fee start from 2,000 IDR. However, we also need time to carry out your order so that your order gets maximum results before the order preview arrives in your chat room. But don’t worry, we will still prioritize in–rush orders.

𝐕𝐈. Estimated manips and wording processing time is 1–7 days after payment is made. If it exceeds the estimated time, please contact the order bot listed. If the process takes too long, please ask whether or not an in rush order is possible.

𝐕𝐈𝐈. Moodboard revisions are given 2× opportunities in 2×24 hours, more than that will incur an additional fee start from 500p, the total revision will be charged the initial fee. We accept all types of images and video, for real life pictures, privacy's safety is to be guaranteed.

𝐕𝐈𝐈𝐈. Our working hours are from 9am to 10pm. So, we apologize if we take action for delays in responding outside of business hours and your order is not replied to when it is outside of our working hours. You can submit your order form when our business hours have started.
