🇺🇸: On October 8, 2026, ICE agents targeted Oscar Belgal, a Dominican national with a criminal record including grand larceny and reported Trinitarios gang ties, during an enforcement operation in Marble Hill.

When Belgal accelerated his vehicle toward the agents, at least one fired, striking him in the neck; his 5-year-old child in the car was unharmed. NYPD officers arrived afterward, applied first aid, and rushed the wounded man to the hospital in their vehicle.
