On Saturday, 3 October 2026, Sambhav Jain, about 29, from Manesar in Gurugram, died after jumping from a high floor of the Supernova Spira tower in Noida’s Sector 94, under Sector 126 police station.
Most reports place the jump from the 43rd floor; he had checked into an Airbnb room there the previous day. AC technicians working nearby saw him on the balcony railing around 11:30 a.m., tried to stop him, and said he told them he was depressed before falling.
Police have informed his family and are investigating, with early indications of financial and mental stress.
