We’re looking for:
- Professional Android software engineer 5+;
- 2+ years of team leadership and management experience;
- English B2+.
- Salary $5000 gross. Work on B2B contract.
- Remote.

Responsibilities:
— Lead by example and be responsible for building a high-performing professional Android team.
— Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust, user-friendly Android applications; manage expectations and set the team goals.
— Define, document and constantly review quality standards, processes, and best practices. Optimize department productivity.
