Hiring More Machine Learning Engineer – Deep Learning & Applied AI

About the Role
We are seeking talented Machine Learning Engineers with strong foundations in mathematics, statistics, and machine learning theory to join our growing team. This role focuses on building end-to-end ML systems with an emphasis on deep learning and applied AI.

Location & Compensation
•  Work Arrangement: Istanbul in Turkey initially, with visa sponsorship provided for relocation to Ireland.
Slary Compensation: Salary to be determined based on experience and skill level (range from 100-200 melion toman). Accommodation and food costs are provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities
•  Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning systems.
•  Implement and optimize deep learning models, including generative architectures (transformers, VAEs, diffusion models).
•  Apply advanced techniques in optimization, regularization, and probabilistic modeling.
•  Collaborate with researchers and engineers to deliver scalable, high-performance AI solutions.
•  Contribute to real-time inference pipelines and MLOps practices.
•  Support deployment on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
Qualifications
•  Strong academic background in mathematics, statistics, and machine learning theory.
•  Proven expertise in deep learning and generative models.
•  Solid understanding of optimization methods, regularization techniques, and probabilistic modeling.
•  Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
•  Experience with distributed training and experiment tracking tools.
•  Familiarity with real-time inference pipelines and scalable deployment.
