We are looking for a Head of B2C Sales

EVEDEX is a hybrid trading exchange, combining the best of CeFi and DeFi to create a seamless trading experience.

▪️Requirements:
▫️5+ years of experience in B2C sales in crypto or forex, including 2+ years in a sales leadership role
▫️Proven experience in building, managing, and scaling B2C sales teams
▫️Experience in building and managing first- and second-line sales teams
▫️Strong understanding of the trading audience and the full client journey: from lead to first deposit, activation, retention, and reactivation
▫️Experience working with cold traffic and converting cold leads into active clients is highly preferred
▫️Hands-on experience with GHL (GoHighLevel), Twilio, Chatterfy, or similar sales and communication tools
▫️Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion rates, deposits, retention, and reactivation
▫️Experience setting KPIs, managing sales performance, and consistently achieving sales targets
▫️Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
▫️Fluent English (C1+);
