We’re hiring a Head of Sales — crypto expert ready to scale sales, build processes, and lead the team to results.

▪️What you will do:
▫️ Lead and elevate the Sales department to the next level;
▫️ Set ambitious sales plans and KPIs — and hold the team accountable;
▫️ Develop training and onboarding systems that turn reps into closers;
▫️ Master CRM data — own conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and rep activity;
▫️ Partner with founders to shape revenue strategy and GTM.

▪️Who we’re looking for:
▫️ 3+ years in B2B sales leadership in IT/tech/crypto;
▫️ Fluent English — you run meetings and close deals confidently;
▫️ Proven track record building and scaling sales teams;
▫️ You know every step of sales — and fix problems fast;
▫️ Deep crypto/web3 expertise.

▪️You’re a great fit if:
▫️ You’ve grown revenue 3x+ in B2B tech/crypto sales;
▫️ You build training systems that actually deliver results;
▫️ You thrive on metrics, accountability, and winning;
