We’re looking for a Sales Manager with a strong web3 background, who knows the market, has their own network — and is ready to close deals and grow with us.

▪️What you will do:
▫️Talk to founders of top-tier web3 and fintech projects around the world;
▫️Work with exchanges, VCs and family offices to bring them onboard;
▫️Manage your CRM, test sales approaches, and grow your pipeline;
▫️Join leading fintech/blockchain conferences globally;
▫️Provide market feedback and propose new product features.

▪️Who we’re looking for:
▫️Up to 2 years of experience in B2B sales;
▫️Advanced/Fluent English — 90% of our clients are English-speaking;
▫️Experience with cold sales — and the drive to close;
▫️You know how sales work and how to solve problems fast;
▫️Solid knowledge of crypto/web3 — from projects to trends to major players.

▪️You’re a great fit if:
▫️You already have connections in crypto/web3 and understand how the industry works — no need to start from scratch;
▫️You’re motivated by results, not routine;
▫️You’re organized, independent, and don’t need micromanagement.
