We are looking for:
▪️Senior Rust Developer - DeFi Infrastructure

What you’re going to do
▫️Design, develop, test and maintain various modules of a DeFi trading infrastructure that processes terabytes of on-chain and off-chain market data and produces hundreds of thousands of trades every day
▫️Implement and optimize MEV (Maximal Extractable Value) capture mechanisms
▫️Work in a small team of experienced DeFi and quantitative trading engineers
▫️Collaborate closely with business-related teams (Quantitative Research, DeFi Strategy, Trade Analytics, Risk Management, etc.)
▫️Scale the trading system by integrating various DeFi protocols (AMMs) and existing CEX-focused infrastructure
▫️Have a direct impact on the growth of the company's DeFi trading capabilities

Requirements
▫️Higher education in computer science, or related technical fields
▫️At least 5 years of commercial programming experience with 2+ years specifically in Rust
▫️Expert-level Rust knowledge including advanced features (unsafe code when necessary)
▫️Experience with Rust's ecosystem: tokio, serde, reqwest, etc.
▫️Detailed understanding of high performance low latency systems
▫️Experience with asynchronous programming and concurrent systems in Rust
▫️Proficiency with profiling tools
▫️Experience with Rust testing framework
▫️Excellent knowledge of classical algorithms and data structures
▫️UNIX / Linux proficiency
▫️Git version control
▫️Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals and consensus mechanisms
▫️Knowledge of AMM DeFi protocols: CPMM and CLMM
▫️Experience with Anchor smart contract development and auditing
▫️Contributions to open-source DeFi or blockchain projects is a plus

What you’re going to do
▫️Design, develop, test and maintain various modules of a trading system that processes terabytes of market data and produces hundreds of thousands of trades every day
▫️Perform system latency optimizations
▫️Work in a small team of experienced HFT software engineers
▫️Collaborate closely with business-related teams (QuantitativeResearch, TradeAnalytics, etc.)
▫️Scale the trading system by connecting various market instruments (spot, futures, swaps, DeFi, etc.)
▫️Have a direct impact on the growth of the company

Requirements
▫️Higher education in computer science or related technical fields
▫️At least 5 years of commercial programming experience
▫️Modern C++ (we use C++23), STL
▫️Cmake
▫️Deep knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP)
▫️Excellent knowledge of classical algorithms and data structures
▫️Experience with unit testing libraries (Google C++ Testing Framework)
▫️UNIX / Linux
▫️Git
▫️Boost (beast, asio, msm)
▫️Detailed understanding of high performance low latency systems
▫️Experience in trading systems development
▫️Experience in asynchronous programming / multithreading
▫️Shared memory, lock-free programming
▫️Experience in performance optimizations including compiler and cache optimizations
▫️Knowledge of GDB, profilers
▫️Outstanding results in top programming / math contests is a plus
