▪️What you’ll do
▫️Explore and evaluate wallets, aggregators, chains, DeFi protocols
▫️Pitch Rubic API to potential integrators
▫️Map the market: explore new chains, tools, and trends
▫️Build partnerships that drive usage and integrate our tech stack
▫️Closely collaborate with marketing and tech teams to align BD strategy and integration priorities
▫️Represent Rubic at major crypto events and conferences, build network and source deals IRL

▪️What we’re looking for
▫️2+ years in crypto BD or partnerships, preferably DeFi-focused. You should be quick to understand complex products and spot opportunities.
▫️You’ve made integrations, built collabs, or closed strategic deals. We don’t pitch — we build meaningful partnerships by delivering value.
▫️Strong grasp of DeFi mechanics and active interest in ecosystem trends. We’re not interested in people who do the bare minimum just to tick boxes.
▫️Experience using AI tools for research, outreach, and automation. If AI isn’t part of how you operate day-to-day, we might not be a good fit.
▫️Natural networker: you know how to read people, build rapport fast, and drive negotiations forward.
▫️Fluent English (C1+) — clear in writing, sharp in calls
▫️Bonus: You’ve aped into a few pools, dropped LPs on some random chain, or got rugged once or twice
