Role Overview
As the Performance Marketing Manager at TheOne, you will be responsible for driving high-quality user acquisition through paid traffic campaigns. You will manage the full performance marketing cycle: from channel selection and campaign setup to optimization, analytics, and scaling. The role also involves coordinating with agencies, experimenting with new growth channels, and tailoring messaging for crypto-native audiences. This position requires hands-on experience in crypto performance marketing and a proven track record of scaling campaigns for trading apps, exchanges (CEX/DEX), crypto wallets.

▪️Key Responsibilities
▫️Funnel Building & Growth Hacking: Design user acquisition funnels, generate hypotheses, and implement innovative mechanics to accelerate growth.
▫️Traffic Acquisition: Launch, optimize, and scale paid campaigns across major ad networks, social platforms, and crypto-specific channels.
▫️Agency Management: Collaborate with marketing agencies to maximize ROI, ensuring alignment with TheOne’s growth objectives.
▫️Audience Targeting: Define, segment, and test audiences to improve relevance and conversion rates.
▫️Messaging & Creatives: Develop and adapt ad creatives and campaign messaging tailored to Web3 users and communities.
▫️Analytics & Optimization: Track performance metrics, run A/B tests, and continuously optimize campaigns for lower CAC and higher retention.
▫️Market Awareness: Stay updated on crypto market trends, ad platform policies, and competitive strategies.

▪️Qualifications
▫️2+ years of experience in crypto performance marketing roles
▫️Proven track record of scaling campaigns for trading apps, exchanges (CEX/DEX), crypto wallets.
▫️Strong knowledge of ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Twitter/X) and crypto-specific networks.
▫️Experience with campaign analytics, attribution tools, and optimization techniques.
▫️Deep understanding of crypto user behavior, market dynamics, and trading flows.
▫️Ability to craft and adapt messaging for crypto-native and mainstream audiences.
▫️English level B2–C1 (both written and spoken)
