Hello! My name is Daria, I’m a recruiter at Servers com. We’re currently looking for a Senior Billing Support Specialist to join our team remotely from Serbia.

Who we are? We provide high-performance, reliable IT infrastructure across 15+ data centers worldwide.

Responsibilities:
- Handling customer requests via tickets and chat (in Russian & English);
- Coordinating contracts and invoicing;
- Working with billing systems and CRM;
- Updating internal documentation.

Requirements:
- 3+ years in customer support or sales;
- Good communication skills;
- English — Intermediate or higher;
- Customer focus and interest in IT.

Nice to have:
- Knowledge of hosting technologies;
- Linux user experience.
