🔎 Job: Operations Manager at Mosaic United (Jerusalem, hybrid)

Mosaic United is a strategic partnership between the State of Israel and global Jewry, working to strengthen Jewish identity and connection to Israel among young Jews worldwide. They support a wide network of Jewish education and engagement programs.

They are looking for an Operations Manager to support the leadership team: improving processes and systems (including Zoho CRM), managing contracts and vendors, keeping records and compliance in order, and rolling out new tools and automation.

What they are looking for:
🔹 2+ years in operations, project management or a related field
🔹 highly organized, detail-oriented, able to juggle several priorities
🔹 familiarity with CRM and project tools (Zoho, Salesforce, Monday, Asana, etc.)
🔹 strong English and Hebrew, written and verbal
🔹 experience with contracts, procurement or vendor management is a plus
