Let’s talk about something we all wonder during a job hunt — but rarely say out loud: Where’s the salary info?!
You find a great Web3 role, check the tech stack and perks, and then:
“Compensation: competitive.”
No number. Again.
Remember when salary ranges were a given in job ads? Now, it’s become the norm to leave it out.
Why? And why are candidates expected to share their expectations first, while employers stay silent?
Frustrating, right?
Tomorrow, we’ll unpack this with our HR Director, Arina Drobysheva, in a post:
“Why Do Crypto Companies Rarely List Salaries in Job Posts?”
In the mean time please share how do you feel when a job post skips the salary?
🔥 – Just say it already!
😢 – I get it, but I’d prefer transparency
👀 – Doesn’t bother me, I’ll ask later
