An interview isn’t just about the company evaluating you – it’s a two-way street where you evaluate them too! Especially in Web3, a space built on collaboration and innovation, interviews should feel like equal conversations, not interrogations.

Here are key questions to help you uncover the company’s vision, culture, and expectations:

1️⃣ Understanding the Company
▫️ What does the company do?
▫️ What products or services do they offer?
▫️ How do they generate revenue?
▫️ What’s their market presence – startup or established?
▫️ How many users or customers do they serve?
▫️ Which markets or regions do they operate in?

➡️ These questions help you grasp the company’s stability, focus, and growth potential.

2️⃣ Team Dynamics
▫️ Can you tell me about the team structure?
▫️ How big is the team, and where are members located?
▫️ Is work remote, hybrid, or onsite?
▫️ What’s the official language of communication?
▫️ How does the team communicate – Slack, Discord, emails?

➡️ Understanding the team culture helps you see how you’ll fit in and collaborate effectively.

3️⃣ Company Organization
▫️ How does the company handle employment arrangements (contracts, taxes)?
▫️ Are vacation and sick days paid? How many are offered?
▫️ Is there a referral program or other benefits?
▫️ Are KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) in place for employees?
▫️ Are there growth opportunities and success stories within the company?
