Oh hello what's this, apparently as of October 2026 Russia has a 'new doctrine targeting Ukrainian civilians'. Well, a couple of things:

1. Bridges in Kiev which all military headed for Donbass pass over aren't exactly 'civilian'.
2. Nice to get that confirmation that for the last 4 1/2 years Russia hasn't been targeting Ukrainian civilians. Screenshotted!
