When a token reaches the required activity thresholds, it becomes eligible to enter the board.

Evaluation metrics include:

• Transaction frequency
• Maker / holder activity
• Short-term price performance (1H / 24H)

When a token satisfies the system criteria, it may appear inside the ranking as a NEW ENTRY.

From that moment, its position can change dynamically as relative activity evolves across the monitored tokens.
