📢 Important Notice

1. All free gifts and events are exclusively for registered members. (Non-members are excluded from receiving free gifts.)
2. You can only participate in the event by purchasing items that include [NCT WISH Goods Included] at the beginning of the product name (or products with the NCT WISH prefix).
3. To receive the gift, you must manually select the gift on the order/payment page. Please note that gifts will not be issued if they are not selected.
4. Even if you select the gift, the giveaway may end without prior notice if the prepared quantity sells out on a first-come, first-served basis due to a sudden surge in simultaneous checkouts. In this case, the gift may not be included.

5. Once stock runs out, orders will be shipped without the free gift.
6. The gift event is held at the designated operating stores and the official Umbro online store.
7. For online purchases, 1 gift will be provided per order number.
8. The eligible items for the gift are the same for both online and offline locations. You can identify them online by the [NCT WISH Goods Included] prefix, and offline by the promotional banners inside the store.

9. Please note that the eligible items for the Umbro Pop-up Store differ from the online/offline stores. (Shoes and accessories are excluded).
10. For the Umbro Pop-up Store and offline shoppers, 1 set will be given per person.
11. For the Musinsa Store, gifts will only be provided for order numbers where the gift selection option is available. (Items previously added to the shopping cart are excluded).
12. Items eligible for the goods event share limited inventory with physical stores, so orders may be canceled or marked as out-of-stock due to duplicate/overlapping orders.

13. All gifts are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis based on purchase time; pre-orders or reservations are not allowed.
14. Returns are not possible once the gift has been opened. (Any signs of opening the sealing sticker or breaking the seal will be considered as opened).
15. When returning a purchase, all gifts must be enclosed in their unopened state for the return and refund process to proceed normally.
16. Returns or cancellations will be rejected if the enclosed gift is opened or damaged.

17. The gift event will end without separate notice once the gifts are sold out.
18. Gifts will not be provided for purchases made outside of official online retailers and official stores (the operating stores listed below).
19. The design of this gift is protected by law. Any reproduction or plagiarism of the text, design, etc., will be subject to legal action.
20. Fine scratches, minor cracks, or adhesive marks that occur during the final stage of the manufacturing process are not considered defects.

21. Tears or damages caused by the consumer during the opening process are not eligible for defective returns.
22. Product colors may appear distorted or different depending on screen resolution, color settings and device models.
