Our moderators regularly remove content that’s unrelated to the purpose of the channel. There are plenty of other Telegram communities for those discussions. Going forward, accounts that join only to post off-topic content may be banned.

We welcome conversations about natural living, health, holistic healing and treatments, preparedness, shelter-building, personal safety, and scientific or political news and decisions that affect our bodies and health.

You’re welcome to chat about other subjects, too, as long as everyone stays respectful. Please take religious and political debates to channels dedicated to those topics.

We’ll only ban members who don’t participate in the conversation and use the chat to promote their channels or share irrelevant posts and links. From now on, that means a ban without warning.
