🇵🇰 M113 (Upgraded) — CT Ops Workhorse:

— Upgraded M113 APCs fitted with VCC-style remote/crew turrets have been observed in counter-terror operations. The upgrades add stabilized optics, remote weapon mount and improved protection/comms.

🔹 Protection: Offers substantial ballistic cover vs small-arms and shrapnel, keeps crew fighting under fire.

🔹 Vulnerability: Still susceptible to IEDs and shaped charges; underbody blast protection is limited compared with purpose-built MRAPs.

🔹 Compared to Toyotas: More survivable and crew-protective than soft-skinned trucks, and far better for sustained combat tasks, though less mobile on foot routes.

🔹 Role: Armoured patrols, convoy escort, troop transport & direct-fire support in urban/CT environments.
