During the Michigan Defense Expo 2026 presentation, the appearance of two proposed designs for the U.S. Army’s next-generation infantry fighting vehicle, currently designated XM30, was revealed.
The first proposal is the Wolf by General Dynamics Land Systems, an entirely new design. The second is the Lynx by American Rheinmetall, which represents a further evolution of the already well-known KF41 Lynx developed by Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH.
