The 🇫🇷 French M20 Revalorisé:
• During the time of 1956 to 1964, France was phasing out the lend-lease M8 Greyhound and M20 Armored Car for their domestic Panhard EBR. However, France sought to sell these surplus vehicles to nations in Africa. This idea was later scrapped as no buyers placed any orders.
• The modified M20 Armored Car mounts a H90 turret with 90 mm DEFA F1 cannon from an AML-90. Ammo storage of possibly 20 round. The Coaxial 7.62 mm AA NF1 machine gun would likely be 2200 rounds. This would be coupled with the turret's already existing smoke dischargers and optics.
• Weight of the vehicle was increased due to the turret ~8.75t with a Hercules JXD 6-cylinder 4-cycle inline gasoline engine 110hp engine gives it a slower top speed but performance was reported as largely unchanged.
