TRUMP ANNOUNCES $90 MEDICARE PAYMENTS FOR MORE THAN 20 MILLION SENIORS

President Trump says more than 20 million Medicare beneficiaries will receive a $90 payment from the Medicare Improvement Fund to help offset October premiums. The White House says the payments will go out within days and that the fund, which contains billions of dollars, has never previously been used by an administration. Trump also says his administration’s efforts to combat Medicare fraud have reduced premiums by $132 a year.
