Preserve the original room itself as much as possible:
Keep the same architecture, walls, windows, doors, floor, ceiling, room dimensions, camera angle, perspective, and overall layout.
Do not turn it into a completely different room or location.
Keep existing furniture when it makes sense, but you may reorganize it slightly if needed.
Add, replace, or decorate objects only where they could realistically exist in the photographed space.
Fill and personalize the room with items that make sense specifically for me. These may include furniture, decorations, technology, desk accessories, lighting, posters, books, collectibles, gaming equipment, creative tools, personal objects, or other details that naturally match what you know about me.
Do not add random generic decorations. Every noticeable object should either serve a practical purpose, reflect something you know about me, or improve the overall coherence of the room.
Make the result feel lived-in and believable rather than like a furniture showroom. Include subtle everyday details such as naturally placed cables, objects on the desk, small personal items, realistic storage, and signs that someone actually uses the room, while keeping it visually organized.
Match the lighting, shadows, reflections, scale, material textures, and perspective of all new objects to the original photograph so everything looks physically present in the real room.
Do not add people.
The final image should look like the same real room after it has been thoughtfully personalized for me—not a generic “dream room.”
