📢 Official Announcement on the Launch of the Fourth WBO Conversion

In order to further optimize the WebKey ecosystem mechanism, thoroughly resolve historical issues and reduce ecosystem bubbles, while laying a solid foundation for the comprehensive implementation of practical, model-free market promotion, the WebKey DAO organization has decided to officially launch the Fourth WBO Conversion Program.

The specific details of this WBO conversion are as follows:

📌 1. Conversion Start Time

August 21, 2026, at 20:00 (Singapore Time, SGT)

📌 2. Scope and Integration of Conversion Assets

In this conversion, all block rewards and various additional rewards generated by users through all flexible staking and long-term staking will be uniformly converted into the ecosystem’s core asset, WKEY, through the WBO conversion mechanism.

This is intended to lock in the existing system’s excess liquidity and ecosystem bubbles while strengthening the underlying foundation for the stable operation of DAO2.

📌 3. Conversion Ratio and Price Basis

The conversion ratio will be determined strictly according to the real-time market price (DAO2 to WKEY), with the conversion carried out on a fair and equivalent basis to safeguard the asset interests of all community partners.

📌 4. Conversion Window and Expiration Mechanism

Conversion period: Strictly limited to 5 days
(120 hours from the time of launch)

Deadline: August 26, 2026, at 20:00 (Singapore Time, SGT)

All community partners are requested to complete the conversion within this clearly defined and irreversible time window.

Assets that are not processed before the deadline will automatically expire, and the system will no longer provide reissuance or accept any subsequent requests.

The Fourth WBO Conversion represents a key step in the ecosystem’s transition toward a new stage of “model-free” development. Its purpose is to enable all partners to move forward without the burdens of the past and jointly engage in practical market development.
