A specialist quantitative trading team is hiring an exceptional early-career researcher to develop systematic strategies for digital-asset markets. The role covers market and order-book analysis, predictive-signal research, backtesting, and helping turn ideas into live trading strategies.

📋 Responsibilities include:
- Analyse market and order-book data
- Research predictive signals
- Build backtests
- Help translate ideas into live trading strategies

🔑 Requirements:
- 2024 or 2025 graduate from IIT Delhi, Bombay, Kanpur or Madras
- Minimum CGPA of 9.5
- Strong mathematics, statistics, probability and algorithms
- Excellent Python and data-analysis skills
- Evidence of exceptional quantitative problem-solving
- An interest in systematic trading and crypto markets
- Exceptional 2026 graduates may also be considered, but academic requirements stay fixed
