A new tool, Stuck Funds, has found $135.2M in bridge withdrawals that were started but never finished. The money is spread across 79 bridges and 522,000+ wallets. Most of it comes from L2-to-Ethereum withdrawals, where users never came back for the final "claim" step after the waiting period.

The team first contacted owners with $10K+ balances directly, and 27 wallets recovered ~$1.66M within three days. Then it opened a public checker. In 12 hours, it saw 130K+ lookups; 9K+ wallets found stuck funds, and bridge claims rose 83%.
