⚡ Create Alerts Directly from Metric Pages
A new “Create Monitor Alert” button has been added to metric pages, allowing users to quickly create alerts for the metric currently being viewed.

👥 Telegram Group Support
The Monitoring Bot now fully supports Telegram groups in addition to direct messages. Group-based alerts will also be introduced in the WOC Telegram group, allowing selected on-chain alerts to be shared directly with the community.

📉📈 Anomaly Detection Upgrade
New Deep Drop and Peak Detection algorithms can identify sudden metric movements through rolling tracking, rather than relying solely on a single fixed reference value.
