Delhi Police issued two notices to Abhijeet Dipke ahead of the 'Lehra Do Tiranga' protest.
The first bans his entry to Central Park, Connaught Place, under Section 163 BNSS. The second reminds Dipke, Ashutosh Ranka, and Saurav Das of a court condition to maintain public peace for one year following their airport detention.
Earlier Police warned that violations may lead to legal action.
