Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has accused Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy of believing that,

the whole world owes him, while he owes nothing in return.

Speaking to reporters in Baku on October 15, Lavrov criticized Zelenskyy’s stance on a proposed Russia–U.S. diesel deal, accusing Kyiv of refusing constructive engagement and prioritizing further military support.
