NATO's Military Committee arrives in Kiev for the first time in eight years.

Admiral Giuseppe Cavo Dragone, chair of the committee, announced that representatives from all 32 member states are present.

The delegation is holding talks with the Ukrainian General Staff regarding the front line and further military support.
