Karnataka Man Arrested for Pak Terror Links and Arms Trafficking

24-year-old BBA student Vishal Kumar Metre from Yenakoor, Bidar, was arrested for links to banned terror groups and an illegal arms network. Police tracked him since December 2025.

Investigations revealed communications via phone, WhatsApp, and Instagram with Shahzad Bhatti, Rana Hunain, and Nomi Khan regarding firearm trafficking. Rana Hunain shared links to WhatsApp channels ‘Rahe Haq’ and ‘RANA BHAI 333’. Police also allege contact with Ashu Sharma and Raj Bhai (alias Lucky Singh).

Vishal is accused of illegal arms trafficking and activities threatening India’s unity and integrity since December 2025. He has been handed over to the NIA for further proceedings.
