⚡ Peshawar | Matni Police Station

An attempt by terrorists to attack Matni Police Station using a quadcopter to drop explosives was foiled.

According to Peshawar CCPO Mian Saeed Ahmed, the protective perimeter and metal netting prevented the explosives from falling inside the police station, causing them to land outside. No casualties or property damage were reported.

Pakistan Army and KP Police conducted a joint targeted search operation in and around Matni and Chowki Surah Khawra. The operation included house-to-house searches and the use of modern technology, including anti-drone guns. Search operations will continue to further strengthen security and maintain peace in the area.

On September 18, Pakistani Security Forces conducted an intelligence-based operation in Amin Abad Bazaar, Chagai. According to reports, 4 Fitna al-Hindustan (FAH) terrorists were killed during the operation. Earlier, 2 additional terrorists had also been killed, bringing the reported total to 6 terrorists killed.
