Muhammad Ismail, a resident of Kotka Khondan, was reportedly suspected of facilitating terrorists. Ismail took an oath on the Holy Quran, stating that he is neither a sympathizer nor a facilitator of terrorists.

Police released Ismail after he took the oath, while stating that he would remain under close observation going forward.
